Now updating the API server every five minutes rather than hourly. New uploads will appear on pgxn.org more quickly.

Okay, I think the API sync issue is fixed; omnipitr v0.3.1 now shows up on the site. http://www.pgxn.org/dist/omnipitr/ #phew
